Francine Znidarec

Administrative Assistant

Francine became a member of the Davlyn Financial Services Inc. team in April 2025, bringing with her a diverse background in financial services and client support. She graduated from King’s University College at Western University in 2019 and quickly began her career at The Gryphin Advantage Inc., where she started as an administrative assistant. Her dedication and adaptability led her to roles within the contracting and mutual funds departments, and she ultimately became the onboarding
specialist for new advisors joining the MGA.

In 2023, Francine pursued her interest in the sports industry by earning a post-graduate certificate in Sports and Event Marketing from George Brown College. This experience opened the door to a full-time position with Golf Canada in their membership services department, where she supported thousands of members across the country.

With a strong foundation in financial services and a passion for supporting others, Francine returned to the insurance industry in 2025, joining Davlyn Financial Services where she continues to thrive in an administrative capacity.

Outside of work, Francine enjoys spending quality time with family and friends— especially her two nieces, Francesca and Sofia. She’s also an avid traveller and fitness enthusiast, always on the lookout for her next sunny, beachside escape.
